CHAIN CREATOR UTILITY

This is one of my MEL utilities : the tank chain creator.

TANK

This is a battle tank, not a very good model though, as i modeled it. anyway my emphasis was rather on the chain creation for the tank. for which i wrote a MEL utility. this is the result. very soon i'll upload a detailed demo of the utility.
